My Story
In March of 2009, I had a friend tell me about these wonderful candlelike warming pots that she had gotten from a friend. She said it was something called Scentsy. I had never heard of Scentsy before. So I went to her house to check them out, and she was right....they were wonderful! Her house smelled amazing when I stepped inside. So I thought I would try it out to see what I thought of it. I bought a plug-in and 2 bars. When my order came in, I went home and plugged it in, put a cube of wax in it, and went about my business. A little while later, I had come back to the room to see what it was like, and I couldn't smell it. Weird. I didn't know that I had to turn the switch on! That was my blonde moment! Once I turned that switch on....WOW....what a difference that made! So, of course I liked it and decided to have a party. I hosted my first party in late April, and it turned out to be a great party! So many people came and bought because it was something new and exciting and everyone loves anything that smells good! I thought to myself, these work for anyone and everyone. They really sell themselves. So two weeks later I signed up. And since then, I've learned so much about Scentsy. Even that the light needs to be on to melt the wax! I never really knew what I was getting into when I signed on. I am a stay-at-home mom of two boys. I was looking for that little extra cash for my own fun, birthdays, and holidays. It's been AMAZING!!! I can't say enough good things about Scentsy. I never expected that my pay checks would be as much as a full-time job! And I work when it's convenient for me and get to do everything that I want to do. Spending time with my family is very important and I don't miss a thing working for Scentsy. Scentsy is a wonderful, amazing company to be a part of. I couldn't be happier with them. I do consider Scentsy my job along with being a mom.
